    Since March I've been taking this more seriously. Gym 4x a week now, up from 3. I've been experimenting with blood testing to figure out what's actually driving my energy (or lack of it) and currently supplementing zinc, omega-3, and vitamin D based on what came back.

    I'm putting together my first exhibition, opening in Geneva this August. Selling some of my own workl . Proceeds wilgo toward psychedelic research for mental health, which is a cause close to me.

    > Writing

    I now write a weekly newsletter on marketing. Less for an audience and more as a forcing function to think differently about my own work and develop new frameworks.

    Every Tuesday (for 1 hour) I also work on a book about happiness. Forty years of lessons, mostly shaped by psychedelics and meditation, backed by a lot of reading on the subject. Slow going, but it's the thing I keep coming back to.

    > Podcasts

    La Savane Network now has three shows. After 3 years of La Savane (entrepreneurship), we launched SHIFT this year, a podcast for marketers and there's also Leaders, a co-production format.

    > Work

    At Simba Digital, I'm deep in a rabbit hole: how AI can reshape our processes, especially the idea of building a "second brain" for the company. Equal parts fascinating and consuming.

    > Side project

    Thinking about putting a sauna in my garden and starting something I'm calling the Alex Sauna Club : 3/4 interesting people over each week to talk about life, work and everything in between. If that sounds like your kind of evening, let me know.
